Woman Who Sought Court-Ordered Abortion Is Leaving Texas for Procedure A group representing Kate Cox, whose fetus received a fatal diagnosis, said she was leaving Texas for an abortion rather than wait for a ruling from the Texas Supreme Court.

I would have liked to see #KateCox get her #abortion in Texas & dare the state to bring the case before a jury, but her decision is understandable given the dire circumstances.
