Through their #KeepCounsellingConfidential campaign, End Violence Against Women Coalition have actioned a change in the law to protect rape survivors’ therapy notes from being routinely accessed by police.

We are delighted to be celebrating this collaborative campaign win. From today, following the success of #KeepCounsellingConfidential, the police must better respect the rights of survivors of sexual violence and recognise the privacy and dignity to which they are entitled.
