Streetartwall. A wonderfully colorful elephant (Elmer) was sprayed on an installation wall for a literature and urbanart festival. It is supposed to represent a book cover. The body of the cheerful-looking comic-style elephant is designed with colors and patterns like a patchwork. The background is pink with white clouds and a small blue bird sits on Elmer's back, chirping the artist's name "Roo". Info: The mural has never been exhibited in this form before. This giant book artwork, inspired by the popular children's book character Elmer by David Mckee, will be on public display alongside other artworks at The Times and Sunday Times Cheltenham Literature Festival 2024 in Montpellier Gardens from October 4-13.
