Twenty fifteen, twenty seven point four percent of black applicants were denied mortgages, more than twice that of white applicants. And when black applicants were approved, they usually paid higher interest rates. The top lenders are J. P. Morgan, Wells Fargo and Quicken Loans NZ. Wanna take a guess who runs these companies ?
