Marshall County Rescue Squad and West Marshall County Fire Department were able to rescue a young man that was on a 4 wheeler and got caught in the floods. Marshall County Ambulance assisted. #KentuckyFlood

That info was released by the Governor of Kentucky who held a presser earlier today updating the "situation". He also said he expects the number of deaths to rise, he just doesn't know how many but he hopes its very few.

At last check [depending on the article] there are at least 8 to 10 dead from the flooding in Kentucky. One of which, was a child. [Thus far nothing has been released as to whether it's a boy or girl, nor was any age given.] All it said was "one of the deceased is a child".
