OK.have tried 2 flavors of #ketochow and have decided although they are filling they do not taste so much like what they're supposed to taste like. And they smell awful once you get past the smell of what they're supposed to taste like.

Tried #KetoChow for my evening snack. 26g protein and the flavor is faint and sort of an after thought. Will try again tomorrow with a proper shaker bottle. But it's already not spiking my sugar.
