カルディの「海南鶏飯」を使いました。
カロリー抑えるため、モモ肉じゃなくてムネ肉。
お米も日本米なので変則ですけど、パクチー買ってきたので風味は本格的になってると思います。

副菜はオクラ、デザートは桃です。
