I've been saying for aeons that someone needs to be researching whether crime committed by youths increased in the areas KC was active, after it's untimely demise.
In the #KidsCompany case it is worth keeping in mind that it is unusual for the Insolvency Service to pursue charities at all. Its regulatory model is to pursue big-name, high-profile commercial directors through the courts (Farepak, Rover, Carillion).
