Things in #Jamaica are deteriorating quite nicely.😬 The rain ☔ seems to have stopped, for now, but the wind is definitely getting worse, the Rio Cobre River has already flooded & I think #stormsurge is beginning in #KingstonHarbour . #HurricaneMelisa has yet to make landfall.😔
