If you like eating out at interesting restaurants I highly recommend #KnifeEdgeChasingMichelinStars. Each 1-2 episodes follows 1-3 restaurants in different cities chasing their 1st or 2nd star. Really fascinating to see the food and the toll this life takes on the chefs
Just watching #KnifeEdgeChasingMichelinStars and in my opinion I am not sure I can trust the review of a critic with food allergies. If you are unable to eat what is on the menu or have to have it modified, how will you be able to provide a fair representation or assessment of the food.

#KnifeEdgeChasingMichelinStars , I’m at Ep4 and I’m now convinced Michelin Stars are pure BS. Go by local reviews. #MichelinStars came from a time of no internet or social media. It’s had its day. It was like a fabulous ageing cheese, we had it at its best, it’s now gone!
