The horrifying incident is now being probed by the CBI. The West Bengal government is being accused of having been lax. The incident throws several questions and the safety of women doctors tops the list. Reports say that the women doctors are now 60-70 per cent of the total strength. The deceased medical student had already spent more than 14 hours on duty when she had gone to take rest, while her body was found next day.
