I'm too tired and sick to write a plot for this. Have Carnelia (Vamp Fatale) shoving Lily against a wall for a a makeout session.

Having set the Black Vulture down beside her weapon, Vamp Fatale calls for a referee. An outrunner swiftly enters the ring, examining the fallen fighter. "There's no need for a ten count," Vamp declares. "She's not getting back up."

Like hells I'm not, Lily thought to herself. She had wanted to say it aloud, but between the loss of blood and her damaged chords, she found herself unable to speak. Clenching her fist around the hilt of her sword, she pulled herself up to her knees. Vamp and the referee recoil in shock and horror—the Vulture shouldn't even be conscious, much less able to move! "What manner of fiend are you!?" Vamp Fatale demanded to know. But the Vulture, eyes full of fury and flame, said nothing at all.
