Three guinea pigs with colored car windows above their face and wheels for feet, called Molcars, are shown from top to bottom. The top Molcar, Kumo, is a peachy light pink with tan fur on her snout and underbelly and darker pink ears that match the colors of her wheel-feet and axle. The copper Molcar's jaw is dropped, her eyes showing a worried and shocked expression on her face. The white Molcar is looking past his friend, with cartoony teardrops on his cheeks. They are in the blue background that is the character selection screen for FFXIV/Final Fantasy 14. Both are reacting to the black notification box above them, stating, "This World is currently full. Please wait until an opening is available and try again."

Still in HS but I can answer this:
Immediately. Kumo didn't hear the "G" when he introduced himself, and thinks his name is "Raha Tia".
G'raha didn't know she's Hard of Hearing in ARR and doesn't correct her, sees her as bold/confusing. Kumo is simply none the wiser.
