I think the lack of talk about the #kysenate race is that the KY democratic party got out of its own way and the actual best candidate won.

IF #KYSenate #KYSen voters picked based on ideology (i.e. progressive vs. moderate lane), then it's likely that Broihier played the spoiler, as he was perceived as more liberal than McGrath along with Booker. With him out, perhaps most of his 5% go to Booker, and thus the win. /5

A few assorted thoughts on the #KYSen #KYSenate and #KYprimary results: 1) a full 13% of GOP primary voters picked "uncommitted" instead of Trump; largely from the larger urban counties including Fayette County where "uncommitted" got nearly a third....
