But times were obviously different back in the 90s. And not just in the sense that no one batted an eyelid when a writer-director apparently used a film to recreate his own fantasies. But action films didn't hold back an inch action and story-wise back then either! #Léon #TheProfessional 📽️🎞️

Which is bit of a shame 'cos all that now overshadows the fact Natalie Portman and Gary Oldman (as the main baddie) are both brilliant! And there's no denying the chemistry between #Léon and Mathilda when it DOESN'T veer into the lolita-esque territory. #TheProfessional 📽️🎞️
