LPG Tanker ‘Shivalik’ arrives at Mundra Port through Hormuz amid regional tensions
Mundra, March 16 (SocialNews.XYZ) The liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) carrier 'Shivalik' reached Mundra Port in Gujarat at around 5 p.m. on Sunday, carrying about 46,000 metric tonnes of LPG, after successfully navigating the Strait of Hormuz amid heightened tensions in West Asia. The vessel, an Indian-flagged Very Large Gas Carrier operated by the Shipping Corporation of India and chartered to carry LPG for India’s domestic supply network, had earlier crossed the strategic maritime corridor connecting the Persian Gulf to the Arabian Sea.
