#LSA9 just wrapped up in Berlin! 🟡 A week of reflection, exchange & fresh perspectives. Our fellows explored what leadership means in research today—across roles, disciplines & institutions. From different workshops to tough questions: leading in academia starts with self-awareness.

I am excited to be one of this year's Leadership Academy fellows #LSA9! I am looking forward to meeting the other fellows and learning about the program. It is also a great time to visit Germany 🇩🇪 and see which opportunities exist for my research and me!
