I’m sorry, the European General Court ( #ECJ) is not the #CJEU (Court of Justice of the #EU) as written before, however Mr. #Latombe may appeal within 2 months to the CJEU.

Bear in mind, this was a relatively narrow challenge and will certainly be appealed to the CJEU.
