I also made a sheath for Laios’s sword! To make the diamond shape I cut my foam pieces at an angle, glued them together and then shaped it with a dremel. I’ve never made a sheath like that before, but it turned out super sturdy.

The finished construction of Laios’s sword before painting. Most of it was made from high density EVA foam, pvc for the hilt and some foam clay. There is a metal rod running through the center to give it structure and stability.

Well I guess I forgot to share Laios’ armor that I finished a couple of weeks ago. Armor has been delivered to its new home but I still need to work on the sword.

Armor is made from mostly 6mm EVA foam with some 2mm and half dome embellishments.
