Portland, OR, began a phased ban on gas #leafblowers Jan 1. The city council approved the ban in March 2024 and ends their use in TWO years — not SIX like @PVDCityCouncil.bsky.social member @SueAnderBois.bsky.social’s #slowwalk ordinance. Maybe because no PDX council members are running for Lt. Gov?
