@tmobile why r u breaking the law?
Tried to get my transfer PIN — told I can't because I owe a balance. Told to call. System says go online or pay $10 to talk. Finally get a person. Still no PIN. I say that's illegal.
Suddenly I’m transferred & get the PIN.
