This #jdrama series was a recommendation, and I quickly became engrossed with the overall superb acting and storyline. #JunShison as Miki Ogawa will remain unforgettable to me. #LifeAsAGirl is one of those dramas for which you hoped for more than four episodes.

There were a couple of issues I felt they could've dealt with in a better way, but this has been a good #jdrama overall.

I couldn't even begin to imagine what one of my close friends went through, like Miki did, and now I understand better, albeit many years too late. 2/2

I finished this drama yesterday morning. I take back what I said about being annoyed with Miki. The remaining three episodes provided a clearer understanding of what she went through to get where she is in life. 1/

The first episode seemed straightforward at first, but I found myself getting confused, a tad shocked and (mostly) annoyed with "Miki" as the episode progressed; maybe this is what was meant about the portrayal as problematic, or the beginning of it.🤔
