Ah I wouldn't say you're behind the time at all Rebecca-it's widely used & I haven't seen much critique of it (though I'm sure there might be work out there). I just think it's an awful term - every time I hear it I see someone pressing a big red button to 'activate' a patient, #LifestyleDrift, etc
All of the support for private health insurance companies this 'Workplace Wellbeing Week'...
And influencers getting behind them too...
