This is "Oast Houses in Kent" by Lilian Hawthorn (nee Leahy) that I believe dates from c.1980. During her time with the Group Lilian generally only exhibited one or possibly two paintings each year but she continued to paint in later life almost up until her death in 1996. #LilianHawthorn

This is "Portmeirion" by Lilian Hawthorn (nee Leahy) from her post-war work, most likely the 1960s or possibly the early 1970s. Lilian only contributed 9 paintings to the 8 ELG exhibitions in the 1930s but she continued to paint in later life. She married Elwin Hawthorne in 1937. #LilianHawthorn
