I dumped #Duolingo when they started using #AI to solve the problem of paying their staff wages.

Lingodeer is not subtle about using real people for audio and video lessons.

And my Mandarin is notably improved.

I'm enjoying the repeated flexes about using humans to record and create lessons.

More importantly, I feel I've really gained a much better feel for characters and grammar. Largely because it explains it.
