On Saturday we were thrilled to have our first sighting of a Great Northern Diver, feeding at Llanishen Reservoir. A scarce winter visitor to UK. But we didn’t hear the ‘loon’. Apologies for the indistinct photos, it wouldn’t come closer! Arthur Ransome anyone?!
