Where i grew up, LOTS of geodes!! SO fun to open & find the purple crystals!! Hub brought hm a very heavy petrified log b4. Its VERY HEAVY! Its in flowerbeds. Exposed 2 underground 🪨.

Ein Bäcker-Bock (Monochamus galloprovincialis) sitzt frontal auf einem Kiefernzapfen, der von Fingern gehalten wird. Die Aufnahme ist von hinten, sodass man das Tier sehr gut in seiner kompletten Ausdehnung sehen kann. Seine extrem langen, schwarz schimmernden Fühler überragen die Körperlänge deutlich. Die grau-braun gemusterten Deckflügel sind gut erkennbar. Im Hintergrund ist ein verschwommener Waldweg.
Ein Käfer mit mordsmäßig großen Fühlern? Muss ein Bockkäfer sein!

Als Größenvergleich hab ich einen Zapfen der Waldkiefer (Pinus sylvestris) genutzt
