Lothar is finished i think.
3rd attempt, which overall I'm far more happy with.
Got a new sword for his daemon weapon, plus a shield. Also, what appears to be a bad infection of some kind.
Still a bit more to do on the warband.

Did bugger all last week thanks to being back in the office.
But, improved weather today gave an opportunity for a quick grey coat to see how it looks.
Hopefully Lothar himself will be finished in a day or two.

Weapon may change, may look to change it for the sword (his Plaguebearer possessed weapon) & whip (or perhaps tentacle?).

I did look at using Epidemius as Lothar, but don't like it.
Both versions of him show an armoured figure, I need to recreate that.
So there is a lot of work to do on him yet. He needs a Plaguebearer possessed weapon & Nurgling Infestation.

I bought a finecast Epidemius for the Palanquin.
I didn't want to try replacing the old Nurglings with new, so added tentacles to carry it.
Current thought is redo them, adding in Nurglings peeking through the tentacles.

A friend provided these with 99% of the GS work done.
I kept the original weapon selections, a halberd and two sword & shields - I later replaced one shield for the open hand, seemed more fun.

Humans/Chaos Thugs and Utterblight the Witch.
Pictures showed a male & a female human follower, recruited together. I used Warcry Iron Golem figures, no mutations or gifts.
Utterblight is simply Fecula Flyblown, bit larger than the original.

Skas, the Ogre.
He differs from the original. At the time I wanted an Ogre with more character.
However, since then I've picked up a 2nd set of FW Plague Ogors, so I think I'll replace this guy. He's finecast and the weapon is fragile.

The final Dwarf carries the standard. The original didn't show a weapon, but he carries an axe. I may need to change the banner arm.
Two versions of the original exist, banner size the only difference.
He's from the same Underworlds warband.

I started with the three Chaos Dwarfs, note these predate the big hat variety, these are normal Dwarfs turned to Nurgle.
One has the skull face gift and wields a trident while a second has axes.
Both from the Fyreslayer Underworlds warband.
