We lost our #MA7 neighbor Emmanuel Damas after he was denied medical care by ICE.
He had a toothache, fell into a coma, & died of sepsis. His tragic death was wholly preventable.
My heart goes out to his family, and I'll keep pushing for the accountability & healing they deserve.

As the Congresswoman for the #MA7, it is not just my right but my responsibility to conduct oversight over ICE & their inhumane treatment of our immigrant neighbors.
That’s why I just conducted an oversight visit at the Burlington ICE Facility to be an eye inside, ask questions, & demand answers.

Terminating TPS for Haiti would be devastating to the 350,000+ Haitian nationals in the US—many of whom reside in the #MA7.
