Last week, Mahmuda Rahman successfully defended her thesis, “Investigating Knowledge-Prompt AI-Assisted Persuasive Writing. Her advisor was Dr. Dave Westerman. Drs. Zoltan Majdik and Lisa Arnold (English) were on her committee.

On Wednesday, Ashlyn Schauer successfully defended her thesis, which explored intrinsic motivation and job involvement in nonprofits. A fun finding: nonprofit employees don't mind challenges if they also lead to growth!
