[M365 Message Center Update] Add a Loop workspace tab to standard channels

#Microsoft announced an update for #MicrosoftTeams and #MicrosoftLoop workspaces. Soon, you will be able to add a new Loop workplace as a tab to a Standard Teams Channel.
