From left to right; We have "The_Alternate", (which is Herabrine's normal form) "The_Abyss", (Which is Herabrine's Depressed/Hollow form) hence the hole where her face should be. And "The_Eye" (Which is Herabrine's glaring/annoyed form.) Hence the big open glaring and glowing eye, where here face should be instead.

And "The_Wailing" (Which is Herabrine's Sad/Sobbing form.) Her face looks anguished/sad, her eyes and mouth glow.
