Uzi laying on the bridge, KO'd by the initial blast of the Singularity, she's out cold, the singularity still in her hand. Cyn having stayed active, sees her chance.

With Uzi knocked out, Cyn can easily devour the core and contain her control

Cyn grabs Uzi, hiding under the bridge head twisted backwards to stare at Uzi whilst using her projector to make it seem like both she and Uzi had died from the singularity blast, showing their deaths in great detail, waiting for the perfect time to drop into the chasm below.

N and V stand in disbelief at the edge of the bridge all that's left is Uzi's destroyed necklace.
