I understand that story-wise, with the return of Dad and where they left the first season, #Moving2 might centre around Bong-seok's family and that's why they are considering a re-cast. Personally, I would rather they wait for #LeeJungHa and tell another chapter of this characters' lives.

Namoo Actors shares that #LeeJungHa will start his mandatory enlistment on January 26th, 2026 and will serve in the marines.
This directly affects his filming schedule for #Moving2, so he won't be able to join production next year.
