This photo is of the USCGC Mackinaw (WAGB-83), a historic United States Coast Guard icebreaker known as the "Queen of the Great Lakes." It was commissioned in 1944 and served for 62 years. It is pictured under navy blur, medium blue, and pink clouds at sunrise in October.
