More tape, Eurorack, keys, and stuff! We ended up getting a solid song idea at band practice yesterday. A sort of cross between the album we're getting close to finishing and Alien Me. We love tape! John made heavy use of Tim's WaveBoy module for delay on it too.

We went DAWless at practice yesterday. Just piano, John's modular guitar rig, and vocals. I ended up using my Audio 4 DJ and Reaper to then record the multi-tracks so we can work on things in between practices. That took some work but I got there. - Tim

I finally made a DIN to XLR so I can use the UHER with a mic! Mostly for field samples that I wanna use with WaveBoy (see my @bitbybitsynths.com acct. for more info). It sounds really damn good!
Next is to make some purpose made cables for Eurorack and our mixer. - Tim

Tape is so fun! We originally recorded this at high speed on the Portastudio. But realized it's a completely different song at normal (half) speed. Sounds different than doing the same thing in a DAW. It's sooo fun!
