When #Pennsylvania’s highest court gathered in Philadelphia on Sept. 10 to hear arguments on whether #voters must write the date on their #mailballot return envelopes, a lawyer for Republican groups told justices that eliminating the requirement could prompt a flood of #election law challenges.
