#MamaSis has working/living outside D.C. for almost 40 years. She went to D.C. today as a tourist & texted me pics saying, "Is it DC or Uganda? National guardsmen all around". She lived in Kenya from Oct. 2020 to New Year's 2023, & made a number of trips to Uganda & other spots.
