हिमाचल प्रदेश: मंडी में पहाड़ दरका, कीरतपुर-मनाली फोरलेन बंद, सैकड़ों वाहन फंसे Mandi News: हिमाचल प्रदेश के मंडी जिले में शनिवार सुबह एक बड़ा भूस्खलन हुआ। कीरतपुर-मनाली फोरलेन पर खोती नाला के पास पहाड़ दरक गया। भारी मात्रा में मलबा और पत्थर सड़क पर आ गिरे। घटना के समय सड़क से गुजर रहे वाहन चालक और यात्री बाल-बाल बच गए। पुलिस की सतर्कता से टला बड़ा हादसा घटना के वक्त सड़क पर कई वाहन चल रहे थे। मौके पर तैनात पुलिस ने तुरंत वाहनों को रोक दिया। इस सतर्कता से बड़ा हादसा टल गया। अगर वाहन मलबे की चपेट में आते तो भारी जनहानि हो सकती थी। पुलिस की यह कार्रवाई सराहनीय रही।
