Something like 20 cm (4") of rain this morning. Union Station flooded downtown. Even up north on #BlackCreek, the water is up over a metre.
Extreme weather event are more common.

Been sick the last couple of days. Haven't done much walking. More drugs and sleeping.
This is our 21-year old girl-cat. She still likes a bit of adventure in the yard. But only a bit.

Sunrise at Jsne & Finch is as awe inspiring as anywhere else. Beauty is where you look for it.

Today I walked through the Lord G. Ross Park & Dam in northern Toronto. A beautiful walk, but the water levels seemed low. Still, it was a clear, cloudless day to recognize Canada's Confederation.

I walk every day in my neighbourhood. I've a goal of 1000km in these walks this year. Today I passed 500km. Halfway there.
These flags were flying at one of the schools I passed today. They gave me hope. I wish being gay had been better accepted when I was a kid.
