Mary Jane Kelly’s story brings into sharp focus the vulnerability of women in that era, the horrors of unchecked violence, and the enduring mystery of her killer’s identity.

I will always continue to pay my respects to Mary Jane Kelly, the final victim of Jack the Ripper.

I also used to live across from the cemetery and went to school across the site too.

1928 photos of 26 and 27 'Dorset Street' Before attempting to rebuild my model of Miller’s Court and 26 and 27 Dorset Street as they looked in 1888, I’m going to write about each item of reference.

My new blog post looks at the unique photos of numbers 26 and 27 Dorset Street. Between the two front doors is the passageway to Miller’s Court, which still had its sign above the arch.

A close look at the two photos, taken in 1928 just days before both houses were demolished.
