Short Warwick Edinburgh results show that 81.8% of participants had improved mood and wellbeing 76% had low wellbeing at date 1 with a reduction to 36% at date 2 ( 6 months later) Average wellbeing score increased by 3.5 points

Windsor Women’s Mas group breastfeeding on public transport campaign Windsor Women's Centre's Maternal Advocacy and Support group participants explain how they successfully campaigned to normalise breastfeeding on public transport.

Shout out to Windsor Women's Centre this #WorldBreastfeedingWeek2025 for their successful 2023 campaign for Translink to join the Breast- feeding Welcome Scheme. Now women can feel more supported to breast- feed when out and about on buses and trains. #MasMatter

Breast Feeding: Our Experience Participants from our Maternal Advocacy and Support project share their experiences of breast feeding and talk about how support could be improved.

Women across the Mas project highlighted the need for improved support to breast- feeding and also to create a society here where breast- feeding is supported.
