This month's prompts will primarily focus on Euphemia (the Highlander with the loc'd hair), but you may occasionally see and hear from or about Maia, the Unsundered form of Helena. A thousand, thousand lifetimes ago, Euphemia was the seat of Azem, Venat's immediate successor and surrogate daughter after Euphemia's parents Sophia and Andronikos--researchers at Elpis--perished in an unfortunate accident at the facility. Maia, another low-level bureaucrat from Amaurot, eventually made fast friends with Euphemia over drinks at a gathering one day. From there, friendship developed apace--even if unfortunately torn apart by the Final Days--and many, many lifetimes later, Euphemia's chance revival would bring her back to meet her old friend in a new face.
