The #Oceanside Council approved an expansion of youth programs funded by #MeasureX to reach thousands of Oceanside youth this year. The funding supports after-school programs, mentoring, gang prevention efforts, arts/culture programs. workforce development, sports programs, and more.

Sad to see Contra Costa’s transportation #MeasureJ failed even bigger than the previous try w #MeasureX in 2016, which got a majority but not the 2/3rds requirement. Seems like a bad ballot for funding measures in general statewide, with a few exceptions.
