I had no idea that this show was created independently, for nearly a decade. I did watch the original pilot for curiosity and surprised how much they carried over from it. It migth be a lesser known anime but I would honestly recommend checking out both the show and the early pilot. #Amime #MechaUde

It's been more than a year since Mecha Arms (Mecha Ude) came out. I remember watching the first 2 episodes premire at a anime convention early 2 months before it's release. I haven't watched it in a while but I remember enjoying it. #MechaUde (1/2)

“Orb” is the best show this season, but mecha-ude was my fave weekly experience. Just learning about the crowdfunding project it started as and its path to becoming a full blown seasonal anime+ the Sawano ost and cool story and characters. Great finale and hopefully we get a s2

This is why I love protagonists like Hikaru in #MechaUde. They start out timid or unsure, and in Hikaru's case, have no clue where they're supposed to be going. But it's all fine as long as they keep moving forward.
Seriously, I love this series.

-It was nice that Twos & Kazuwa got screen time.
-Jun was awesome. From being assertive towards his older bro to getting everyone to help Hikaru.
-Hikaru confronting his own self-doubts was just an alright scene.
