Tsuzuri Yugiri from Love Live! Hasunosora in a wildflower meadow. She is wearing the same outfit as Yugiri from ZOMBIE LAND SAGA. Tsuzuri had squat down to see the flowers more closely, but she has now turned to look up at the viewer. Tsuzuri was drawn traditionally and colored with watercolor pencils, while the background was done digitally with ibisPaint's stock library and FX tools.
