Anyone living with a torn rotator cuff? Does it get better with time? Doc said it could also be the start of frozen shoulder.
Didnβt sleep last night, simply adjusting blankets caused enough pain to keep me awake. I have an ibuprofen allergy so itβs Tylenol only for me.
