The image is titled "MENTAL HEALTH MAGIC" and credited to "@POSITIVELYPRESENT". On a dark background sprinkled with stars, there are various colorful illustrations and messages about mental health and self-care. Starting from the top left corner and moving clockwise: 1. A purple crystal ball reads "good things are coming". 2. A magnifying glass focuses on two hearts labeled with 'friendship'. 3. A festive banner says 'YAY' with confetti and a cupcake. 4. Below the banner, the message encourages 'OPT FOR OPTIMISM'. 5. To the right of that, a sleep mask, an orange mug with the letter 'H2O', and a red apple illustrate the importance of 'TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF'. 6. Next is a notebook with the handwritten message 'today I am so thankful for...' beside a pencil, symbolizing 'PRACTICE GRATITUDE'. 7. Two headstones read 'R.I.P.' next to each other, with the words above them 'MINIMIZE WORK STRESS'. It’s worth noting that the word 'overworking' has been crossed out. 8. At the bottom, there are three carved pumpkins suggesting 'FEEL YOUR FEELINGS'. Beside them is a ghost asking for help with a speech bubble that says 'hey! can you help me?'. 9. To the right of the ghost is a watch with the words 'live well' on its face. 10. Finally, at the very bottom right, there's an encouraging statement 'STAY IN THE MOMENT' followed by 'DON'T FEAR ASKING FOR HELP', which reinforces the importance of seeking help when needed. Each element in the image serves as a visual metaphor or representation of a tip or strategy for improving mental health and emotional well-being.
#mentalhealthmonth is here, but this is an important issue 24/7 that still doesn't get enough attention. There's still a huge amount of #stigma attached to mental health issues, lack of #lowbarrier resources, and this needs to change.
Things can and will get better.

Every month should be #MentalHealthMonth and we should speak about all the issues which involve #mentalhealth -- diagnosis, seeking professional support, navigating the system, how to tell your family and stigma.
My story is an honest account about all of my psych disorders and one yellow book!
That's a great question for #mentalhealthmonth!
Here's what I think:
Some people are good at seeming fine. Be #kind anyway, because you don't KNOW what they're going thru.
Also, it's easy to say that people are strong, without considering what it costs them to *be* #strong! #mentalhealthmatters
