Recent book club read, More Or Less Maddy, by Lisa Genova. It was not my fav., but was great for a discussion about mental health. The take-away is that we use language carelessly. For example you never say “he is cancer,” but we do say “he is manic.” People are not their disease! #mentalhealthreads
