#MeowsterMutualAid Update After spending some time with the budget when the event quieted down, I realized that when setting individual goals, we did not properly roll the taxes and fees into each item. I took some time with Harl to rebalance the budget, arrange items based on urgency and contingency, and decided with Capy that all pre-event purchases would not be reimbursed from the event income. After full accounting, We are 76.89% ($2,522.86) away from fully funding the ramp that will support my chair AND my knees in leaving my home more regularly. After that, we’d need $3,390 to cover the Medical Copay.
#MeowsterMutualAid Update Meowster Mutual Aid has been a huge lift, and I sincerely hope everyone is getting the best rest. But even though the train has left the station, ChaiCiLatte and harlecryptid have thrown their hats out and taken up their metaphorical guitars to keep the mutual aid work going.
